I want to capture that frame that slows it all down. Spotlighting what happens in the seconds discarded. Full of action, but in a moment. That moment is where I now live my life. Over the last six years I have been transitioning my life to now include my disability. Capturing everything around me with a completely new perspective. Photography has not only given me purpose, but has also helped me continue to heal.
Through my photographs my intent is to draw the viewer into a relationship with time. Present with everything and everyone around them. Creating a space that harnesses connection. A connection with nature, others, and self. Experiencing an opening of the heart, and releasing the paradigm paralysis of the mind. All in an environment inclusive and accessible to every level of abilities. Leaving, aware.
